That’s why we created the Alpha 1 Series. Born from real riding experience, it’s a sleek, reliable handlebar-mounted garage remote holder designed for motorcycles, bicycles, and scooters. Built with a flexible rubber strap and powerful neodymium magnet, it keeps your remote secure on any ride—while still letting you remove it with ease.

Return Policy

At Bombirby LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Garage remotes are not included with our mounts; issues with third-party remotes are not covered under this policy.
  • Customized or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

  • All Bombirby Alpha 1 Series mounts include a 30-day limited warranty covering design or factory defects. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
